Relieving Stress.

In this world of tight deadlines and demanding workloads, the norm is that people suffer from stress.
Expectations are always seen as haunting ghosts.

As for me, my personal remedy is usually to laugh.
There are many ways in which I attempt to do this.

Here are some of them:

1. Laugh with friends!

I tend to make silly and stupid comments and statements, which crack myself up. HAHAHA!
I am not weird okay. Sometimes I just need it.
And most of the time, my friends will continue.
Or sometimes, they are the ones who started.
Then, we are unstoppable. HAHAHAHAHAH! We will just keep laughing over smallest matters.

So, just get to a gathering with your friends and LYAO. :D

2. Running Man!

Running man is a variety show from Korea, and it is UNDOUBTEDLY funny. The casts are just hilarious, and the game can be nerve wrecking and jaw-dropping at times.

From me, it is a MUST WATCH.

Me and my classmates watch this all the time. And we will be tired from laughing. Like seriously!
We always cannot wait for new episodes to be released and subbed.

Yes, that's because we do not understand Korean language. I wish I can :(

Runningman has a total of 160 episodes now, and on going.

I usually watch it from kshownow.net or runmanclub.net. Do not worry about not being able to understand, because it has ENGLISH SUB! Truly thankful to all those people who work hard subbing them!

Btw, I LOVE Kang Gary and I fully ship Monday Couple :)

3. The Big Bang Theory

I regret BIG TIME not watching this show earlier.
I have been told long time ago by my friends that this is a must watch, but wasn't able to find, for some reasons.

So, a some time ago, my teacher said that it is actually one of the show that can help improve English, due to their frequent use of bombastic words.

So I went to watch, and got hooked.

I just LOVEEEE SHELDON COOPERRR!!!! And I could not believe he is like.. 41 this year! I mean the actor!

Well, The Big Bang Theory is a sitcom. It is about this group of physicians and geeks (men) who mostly play video games and have crazy obsessions for comic books and action figures. Ask them about the entertainment industry, and they know absolutely nothing. And then they have a neighbour (a woman) who is the exact opposite. I am still at season 3 now.. I think there are like 6/7 seasons if I'm not wrong.

It is soo funny I swear! 

If you want to watch, just type the Big Bang Theory season __ episode __ in your search engine. I usually watch the one from pollystreaming.com

This is not a bazinga. 

3. Dance!

When I was in Singapore, I use this method a lot. Me and my friends are fans of kpop and its dances.
So, often after school we just play music through the class speakers and dance to them.

It is fun cause each one of us just learn the dances at home (staring at MVs and youtube videos xD), get together, and dance the same dance without the need to learn together.

And it really take minds off things.

Although now I am not really that much into Kpop anymore, I still dance random dance when I am pissed with my maths questions xD

4. Karaoke!

For those who have the luxury of time. Try this!

I love going to karaokes, and singing all the Taylor Swift songs ( I'm a big big big big fan. :D)

And then, if I feel like it, I will choose all the super high-noted songs and scream to ATTEMPT to reach the high notes. But never did. Cause I just want to scream. HAHAHHHA!

Then we will just end up laughing. And laughing is a remedy.

So it's all fine :D

5. Bake!

I don't know if this will apply to everyone.
But, I love baking when I am bored/ stressed.

Especially if the final product is pretty and everyone likes it.

It gives a certain satisfaction.

You can trryyyyy!!!!! :D I mean baking itself is really fun!

And all those gooooodieeessss you can eat afterwards ahhahahahahah!
